    MacTel is a great choice for travel. MacTel is a portable device and fits effortlessly in your pocket. You just need access to a high-speed Internet service; you will experience the same great service and savings around the world.


    Note: Please make sure to update your 911 location when you move your MacTel to a new location.

    How can my international associates, friends, and family save with MacTel?

    MacTel is ideal for associates, friends, and family in other countries; they can use a MacTel service the same way as you do to make and receive calls to Canada.

    It is a perfect way to save on international calling for anyone outside Canada.

    You can access your recent call logs online by logging into your account at My MacTel, Click CDR

    How do I cancel additional year(s) of paid service?

    You may terminate your use of MacTel at any time. Unused subscriptions are not refundable.

    Can I get a Canadian Number from MacTel?

    Yes, we do provide Canadian numbers by charging separately. Kindly check the allocation charges for different plans:

    · 1$ - Monthly Plan

    · 10$ - Yearly Plan

    · 30$ - 3 Years Plan

    What if I lose my MacTel password and/or email address?

    A

    Please click “Forgot Password?” button in My MacTel You must have your e-mail address to proceed.

    An email with your password will be sent to your registered email address.

    Do I have to give up my home phone number to try MacTel?

    No, you are not required to give up your existing number to sign up for MacTel. You can select a new telephone number to use with your MacTel.
